When we are mindful, we can experience imaginative worlds inside of our minds that inspire us to create new things and see the world in new and exciting ways.<\/p><p>Practising mindfulness helps us to stay calm in uncomfortable situations, relaxed when we are nervous, and helps us to think with clarity even when we might feel angry and upset.
